For the collection of towing winch data and subsequent analysis
Following data will be logged:
- Full out length of rope (Meter)
- Rope speed (m/min)
- Pulling power (kN)
- Current number of layers (1xX)
- BITTER END Alarm
- OVERSPEED Alarm
- REDUCE Alarm
- SLIPPING BREAK Alarm
- HIGH TENSION Alarm
With this analysis software it is possible to reproduce recorded data for analysis. This supports the following:
- Identifying analogue input values
- Identifying digital input values
- Identifying analogue input values for the rope length measuring instruments
- Identifying alarm signals for the rope length measuring instruments
- Looking for changes in the conditions of the digital and analogue data
- Graphic portrayal of up to 4 analogue signals
- FTP Download of the data from a storage medium
The software is limited to a period of 24 hours-files for six months. The desired time range within the blocks of data (time related fields) can be selected.
The following elements are displayed
- Status of the rope measuring instrument
- Status of the digital inputs
- Status of analogue inputs
All elements can be individually removed or re-entered. The graphs can show up to sinusoidal curves from analogue data. Statistically it can show the maximum and the minimum data record in the current time range.
Through a search function the specific time of a status change in the digital inputs can be found. For analogue signals it is posible to identify the exact time and value of any peaks and troughs. The evaluation software can be tested in the HATLAPA production department.
