Offshore Power

HATLAPA has developed a wide range of anchor handling and towing winches. The winches are available with 2 or 3 drums, in waterfall or reverse-waterfall design and with low-pressure hydraulic or electric drives.

	PAL-PULL For the AHT-winches we use HATLAPA low-pressure hydraulic motors, each offering 440kW, powered by modern pump technology, all "Made in Germany".
	ECO-PULL HATLAPA-STEPLESS: AHT winches with electric-frequency controlled drive. 30% less installed power, 30% less power consumption.
	Secondary Winch 1700-1800 LPH HATLAPA low-pressure hydraulic drive, dynamic pull up to 180 tons, rope capacity up to 5,300 m of 76 mm rope or 1,600 m of 203 mm synthetic rope, slack rope speet up to 87 m/min.
	Secondary Winch 1300-1800 E HATLAPA stepless electric, frequency-controlled drive. Dynamic pull up to 180 tons, rope capacity up to 4,250 m of 83 mm rope or 1,600 m of 203 mm synthetic rope, slack rope speet up to 82 m/min.
	Chain Pulling Winch Made of cast steel, for 70 mm to 127 mm K3 grade stud link chain, mounted fixed on the main shaft.
	Stern Roller Single and double rollers for AHTs.
	LOGMASTER For the collection of towing winch data and subsequent analysis.
	Triplex Products Triplex AS in Averøy is a major supplier of offshore and fishing equipment. Its products include cargo rail cranes, tractioners, tensioners, shark jaws, guiding pins and multi deck handlers (MDH).
	Winch Chair HATLAPA's winch chair was specially developed to meet the extreme needs and levels of comfort required when undertaking the precise and arduous steering operations required on specialist vessels.
