Containerised Cable Winch:
- complete, hydraulic winch, inside 20ft CSC container, ready for connection
- with integrated hydraulic power unit, electric control system, automatic spooling device and slip ring transmitter for the single-core cable
- currently equipped with coaxial single-core cable Ø 11mm, approximately 5000m long
- max. torque 30kN
- stepless speed control from 0-120m/min
- integrated transmitter for cable length, speed and working torque
- fast and flexible use for varied research purposes with wires or cables, for example CTD water sampling, video observation, sediment sampling and for towing research equipment
Rewinding Winch:
- complete, electric frequency controlled winch on a 20ft container base, ready for connection
- with spooling device and electric control system
- for hauling in steel transport reels with a max. diameter of 2000mm x 2000mm length or our steel rope drums with core drum diameters of 540mm or 800mm
- max. torque mechanically switchable from 10kN to 100kN
- stepless speed control from 0-120m/min (dependant on respective drum diameter)
- used for spooling and storing various steel ropes or research cables
Towing Winch:
- complete, electric frequency controlled winch mounted on its own base plate, ready for connection
- with spooling mechanism and electric drive
- steel rope Ø 56mm, approximately 2000m long
- dynamic torque 700kN, max. brake torque 1500kN
- stepless speed control from 0-18m/min at middle rope layer and 0-54m/min at slack rope
- integrated transmitters for cable length, speed and working torque and brake torque
- various possible uses as tugger winch or towing winch in offshore applications, or in streamer operations
