ANNOUNCEMENT
HATLAPA Uetersener Maschinenfabrik is extending their activities in the Eastern Mediterranean. In addition to their locations in Uetersen (Germany), Poole (England), Singapore, and Shanghai (China), „HATLAPA EastMed Ltd.“ will be commencing their activities in Limassol, Cyprus from 01.09.05.
The new organisation with an experienced team will support the mother company in Uetersen “on-line”, especially on the service side. Thereby the present “rush-hours” on the service and logistics side will be eased off to allow even quicker supplies to customers.
The orders will be released directly from Cyprus, triggering off the immediate allocation, packing and despatch in the logistic department in Uetersen. HATLAPA Uetersener Maschinenfabrik can then use their despatch network, which meanwhile operates with flexible collection and delivery times world-wide.
The new organisation will also take care of the customer circle in the Eastern Mediterranean. The main emphasis will lie in the technical support for all HATLAPA products. Full support is not only given for deck machinery, steering gear and compressors for newbuildings, but also advice to owners and shipyards in this region, as well as repairs, conversions and replacement machines.
