HATLAPA sets their own trend

After optimising the whole range of spares and adapting to modern market requirements HATLAPA has succeeded in offering shipowners a consistent and efficient management for the operation of the HATLAPA products. The advantage for customers is realised by optimising the management of lots in production and manufacturing.

HATLAPA differs greatly from pure spare part suppliers and conservative OEMs by combining a 24 hour technical support with a high grade of spare part quality and availability.
Many of HATLAPA’s customers honour the combination of technical competence and commercial sense. "What is the use of cheap spares, when quality and technical support are lacking?".

HATLAPA has also extended their product range by purchasing the compressor section from Hamworthy KSE. The spare parts and service settlement is done by the HATLAPA office in Poole, U.K. By using an integrated IT-system and the direct tie to the parent company in Uetersen it is guaranteed that all spare parts are sent directly from Uetersen.
