In 2011, HATLAPA welcomes a new agent into its family, the Finnish company Epomare OY, located in Turku. The company has a longstanding position within the Finnish marine sector and enjoys its status as a respected partner to shipyards, design offices, consultants and the Finnish government. The company was founded in 1999 by its current Managing Director Martti Sundqvist. Within its facilities in Turku, Epomare has a workshop and employs service engineers who are able to install and service the marine equipment sold by Epomare OY. Martti Sundqvist says; "We are very happy about this new venture with HATLAPA. The company is very well known in Finland as a manufacturer of top quality deck machinery and steering gear.
